Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund handling for RankDisha plans, subject access, batches and institute services.

1. General Policy

RankDisha offers digital educational services. Once a paid plan, subject, batch, test series or institute service is activated, refunds are generally limited because access to digital content and platform features begins immediately.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate payment for the same plan or service.
  • Payment deducted but access not activated after verification.
  • Wrong plan activation caused by a confirmed technical issue from our side.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after using tests, DPP, study material or analytics.
  • Account sharing, misuse or policy violation.
  • Incorrect details entered by the user where service has already been activated.
  • Institute/custom setup fees after configuration work has started.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 working days after verification. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.

5. Cancellation

For subscription or institute services, cancellation requests should be sent before the next billing cycle. Access may continue until the current paid validity ends, unless otherwise agreed.
